# Lock $xFER into Vaults

**Step 1**: Make sure your preferred wallet is connected and head over to "Stake" > "Stake".

**Step 2**: Click "Deposit xFER" and select your preferred Locking Period.&#x20;

**Step 3**: Input the amount of $xFER tokens you want to deposit into the vault. Check the transaction details below and click "Deposit in Vault".

**Step 4**: Double-check the transaction details and click "Confirm".

**Step 5**: Confirm the transaction details and approve the transaction on your wallet.

**Step 6**: You have now deposited your $xFER tokens into your desired vault.
