# Unstake $xFER for $FER

**Step 1**: Make sure your preferred wallet is connected and head over to "Stake" > "Stake".

**Step 2**: Click "Unstake" and input the amount of $xFER tokens you want to unstake and convert back into $FER tokens.

**Step 3:** Review the transaction details and click "Confirm" to initiate the transaction.

**Step 4**: Double-check the transaction details and click "Confirm" again.

**Step 5**: Confirm the transaction details and approve the transaction on your wallet.

**Step 6**: You have now unstaked your $xFER tokens and received the $FER tokens based on the prevailing exchange rate at that time.
